Quarter-Final v Old Tonbridgians

Following their victory over Uppingham Rovers at Uppingham in the 2nd round, OMT continue their 2013 Cricketer Cup Campaign with a Quarter-Final Tie v Old Tonbridgians at Tonbridge on Sunday 14th July at 11.30 am. OMT’s team at Tonbridge, led by captain Jawwad Rasheed, will show a small number of changes from that which played in the 2nd Round with certain players returning from injury and holiday. OMT Team Manager Philip Newfield says: “We must maintain the momentum gained from our fine 2nd round victory at Uppingham, and play to a very high standard and level of intensity against very strong opponents in Sunday’s match at Tonbridge in order to progress further in the competition.” The winners are drawn away to Charterhouse Friars or Old Cheltonians in the Semi-Final Round on Sunday 28th July.
