Bumped into Jonathan Agnew in the lift at Trent Bridge yesterday. Took the opportunity to mention our victory at Uppingham and that Mark Gardiner, who had played in the same Uppingham XI, had been part of the OMT cricket scene for many years. He was a bit pre-occupied so I didn't get much in return other than "it was all a long time ago"!
